The world of legal cannabis is increasingly in the global spotlight, and there are in fact many new words, related to this substance, that are beginning to enter the mainstream. Among the main ones there is undoubtedly ‘Cbd Hash,’ which is a product that is obtained precisely from legal weed and is characterized by a high content of Cannabidiol (a metabolite of cannabis sativa) as well as a low percentage of THC, an acronym for Tetrahydrocannabinol.

The latter, moreover, must by law stay below a certain threshold, which is set at 0.2 percent.

How is CBD Hash is obtained

There are many qualities of hashish, and when we speak of this substance, often also called ‘Hash’ we are referring to the product that is made from the resin of marijuana and that in the beginning looks like an oil. The latter, through the use of special techniques, is dried in such a way as to obtain a homogeneous and much firmer compound. The end result is a hard product that will have to be slightly heated, thus once again softened, before it can be used.

Trichomes must be separated from the main cannabis plant in order to produce legal hash. Starting with kief, a special cannabis extract composed of trichomes in which the resin of the plant rich in terpenes and cannabinoids is found, a compound with a spherical or brick shape is obtained. All of this is achieved through the use of very specific techniques, such as solvent-free extraction that requires the use of some ad hoc tools such as screen printing mesh, the use of dry ice or even hand rubbing.

Cbd and Thc concentrations: what to know

Since CBD hash originates from a legal cannabis plant, it will have the same CBD and THC content. The latter in concentrations above a certain threshold is illegal and considered a narcotic (it has psychotropic and psychoactive effects), while CBD on the other hand is characterized as having many beneficial properties for both body and mind. It is a panacea for anxiety and insomnia, as well as for chronic or joint pain and inflammation. In addition, the anti-aging effect makes Cbd and products made with it very useful for skin problems. This substance is therefore not narcotic and indeed increasingly used in therapeutic settings.

Varieties of Cbd Hash on the market and controls

The varieties of legal CBD hash in circulation are many, and it is important to emphasize that with reference to each of them the level of THC and relative concentration is kept under control. In fact, many studies have been carried out over time that have allowed the development of special systems for hemp cultivation, capable of keeping the level of CBD unchanged and acting only on that of tetrahydrocannabinol.

In legalized hemp cultivation, therefore, cannabis plants with low levels of THC are produced, which allows the products derived from them to be marketed on Italian territory. So even quality hashish can be sold legally, we speak in this sense of CBD Hash: it is a particular type of hashish that, as we have seen, can be used for therapeutic purposes (it has practically negligible levels of Thc but high levels of CBD). From Charas to Afghan Hash via the increasingly sought-after Bubble Hash – the latter is characterized by having a viscous and compact consistency, plus it quickly spreads a pleasant caramel scent with sweet elegant notes – there are plenty of products with important levels of CBD.

In short, the wide variety allows all kinds of personal expectations and needs to be met. The advice, once the purchase is completed, is to keep the product in a dry and cool place but above all away from direct sunlight (all this so that its characteristics remain intact, since otherwise the terpenes and cannabinoids would end up being dispersed by heat). Cbd Hash is not harmful to people and is a plant and organic product: it is pure resin.
